People go around saying “ohh hahaha those northern east coast people! That earthquake was nothing! They’re freaking out over nothing.” Well no, it wasn’t a destructive earthquake—thank God! And it rarely happens up here or on this side of the US. But when it’s *you* who’s experiencing it, it’s scary shit. Espescially if you haven’t been in/felt one before. No, the sky didn’t fall and the world didn’t end but for a some amount of seconds you don’t know what’s happening or how it’ll end. So please, don’t tease the people who were scared, because I’m pretty sure you would’ve been too.
